RETURN POLICY

Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Currently our shipping times are 5-7 business days UNLESS you are placing a PRE-ORDER please refer to the shipping dates located in the description of those designated items.

In the event that you do not receive your products in the mail within 7 business days from the date you received tracking information via email & the tracking indicates that package has been delivered please contact us at [email protected] with your ORDER # in the subject line for us to troubleshoot your order. PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST CONTACT US AT LEAST 7 BUSINESS DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF TRACKING INFO

If we are unable to identify via USPS where your items are located and you did not receive them we can ship the items to you a 2nd and FINAL time upon customers payment of 50% of cost of items + shipping. If the item(s) are in stock your new shipment will be processed within 5-7 business days. If the item(s) are not in stock we will be unable to process a 2nd shipment and will provide customer FREE SHIPPING code via email within 5-7 business days to use towards their next purchase.
